Overview of the Roles:
Team members conduct ICU-level interfacility transports within Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Sumy Oblasts.
Teams are embedded within the emergency dispatch systems of the Ukrainian healthcare system and Médecins sans Frontières (MSF).
The Medical Doctor serves as the clinical lead during transports while paired with a paramedic or nurse. They also take an active role in the day-to-day operational running of the service.
RequirementsDoctors with at least two years of post-graduate professional experience
Mandatory to have experience with airways and ventilators E.g. anaesthesiologists, ICU doctors, emergency medicine doctors
Experience in remote and/ or austere environment medicine is desirable
Complete Covid-19 vaccination (currently three vaccinations) + standard vaccinations recommended by the STIKO
Prehospital experience a strong asset
Experience working collaboratively in a diverse team
