Physician TCN ALISS
Caliburn is currently seeking a Nepalese Physician to support a government contract in at the US Embassy in Afghanistan.
Duties:
The primary responsibilities of the Physician shall include, but not limited to the following:
Treats Patients to ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis.
Request necessary tests and follow up visits with patients
Perform routine medical exams.
Refers patient to specialist if necessary.
Provide preventative, primary, urgent and emergency care.
Triage, stabilize and evacuate patients to higher level of care when necessary.
May require coordination with receiving hospitals in the event of a Medical Evacuation.
May require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation plan with medevac center.
Document patient visits and treatment plans in accordance with established guidelines.
May be required to travel to other clinic sites supported by this contract.
Qualifications:
Advanced University Degree in Medicine from an accredited University.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physician.
Must hold a Medical License or Practicing Licensing from Nepal.
Experienced in Trauma and Emergency Care.
Strong organizational, analytical and written/verbal communication skill
Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner
Ability to work well with senior management and across functions to achieve business objectives
Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must be fluent in both Nepali and English, both verbal and written communication.
