Location: Amman , Jordan
Professional health training or paramedical training (doctor, nurse, midwife etc)
Master’s in public health or significant experience in public health
Knowledge and skills on emergency unit, SRH, mental health or psychosocial support
Minimum 4 years in humanitarian response, especially in the field
Experience in project coordination, including management of a medical team
Experience in capacity building is an asset
Experience in Middle Eastern countries is an asset
Knowledge and understanding of project management tools (logical framework analysis, project cycle management, objectives and indicators etc.)
Experience in management of multi projects budgets
Supportive management style (experience managing and supervising staff)
Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office
Ability to work under stressful situation
Strong problem solving and organisational skills in day to day and crisis situations
Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
Listening and diplomacy skills
Ability to manage remotely when needed
Languages: fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken) are mandatory
