Location: Iraq
Recruiting for the following expatriate position,
Tier 2 Medic/ DTL, rotation 8 weeks in country 4 weeks out.
• Must be English speaking as first language.
• Minimum of 5 years’ service Military/Law Enforcement/Hostile Environment or combination.
• Satisfactory completion of a formal internationally recognized Close Protection training course.
• Minimum 3 months experience in an armed PSD role in a Private Security Company in Iraq managing Local Nationals.
• Minimum of 2 years’ current experience working as a Medic (Combat Medical Technician 1/Ambulance Technician) or in active ambulance care or medical emergency room.
• In date, ALS or ACLS (in date BLS required to be provided with ACLS) – must have completed both cognitive and skills evaluations.
• In date PHTLS or ITLS (A).
• One of the following:
a) Paramedic:
HPCSA/HCPC registered
University Degree
b) EMT – Paramedic (not AREMT or Malta)
Verification of Governing Body
Validating certificates
Validating clinical experience
Country of origin of Health Organisation registration
c) HSE Offshore Medic
Candidates will be interviewed and screened.
