Job Description
ITBM Healthcare, a medical service provided, is currently accepting applications from individuals and or staffing agencies to provide contracted medical services in support of contract assignments throughout the world.

Responsibilities:

The Paramedic must be trained and certified to perform Advanced Life Support (ALS), which includes:
Administering IV fluids, blood, and blood products;
Knowledge of Remote Damage Control Resuscitation, administering injections and medications, and performing advanced respiratory procedures, including emergency surgical cricothyroidotomy and ET (Endotracheal) Intubation;
Treating, packing and bandaging wounds;
Performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and completing patient assessments using algorithms such as Catastrophic Bleed Airway Breathing Circulation/Massive Hemorrhage Airway Respiratory Circulation and Hypothermia (CA B C/MA R C H);
Paramedics shall be knowledgeable and capable of performing the following:
When dealing with combat related trauma, paramedics shall follow PHTL5 and TCCC guidelines;
When presented with emergency medical issue paramedics shall use international guidelines in CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS) and ALS/ACIS;
For all other situations such as primary care, paramedics shall follow the guidelines set out by the Medical Program Manager.

Certifications:
Must hold certifications in the following or equivalent:
Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Program (CCEMTP)
Certified Critical Care paramedic (CCP-C)
ATLS
ACIS
TCCC
PHTLS
EPC

Rudimentary training and knowledge of the use of a Stokes Basket
