International SOS has an exciting opportunity for a French speaking skilled emergency doctor to reside in Pointe Noire and within in the client's clinic provide general PHC through to emergency care to the expat community.
The clinic is open 7 days a week (Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00), Saturdays half day, and on Sundays, just general rounds if required.
START DATE 2ND JANUARY 2019!
Residential based on a 5 months on duty followed by a 1 month off duty rotation.
Flights are provided for every off duty rotation and includes spouse/partner should they reside with you.
Accommodation comprises a compact fully furnished two bedroom flat with one bathroom. A domestic is provided and is also available to cook for you as and when you wish. Food is at your own cost.
A car is also provided.
Payment is monthly and is paid in US dollars.
Criteria to apply:
- Available for 2nd January 2020 start date
- Medical registration in country of origin
- Minimum of 5 years' post grad experience with some in an emergency/clinic setting
- Tertiary emergency diploma would benefit
- ACLS
- ITLS or ATLS or PHTLS
- Fluent in French
- Have a good command of the English language
- Computer literate
