The Role
Our client is looking for qualified Healthcare & safety professionals who are able to think quickly on their feet in a high risk environment.
Holding over 5 years' previous experience in construction, manufacturing or an engineering environment your role will be to oversee the health and safety of all workers on the project, ensuring they are working in a safe manner. You will be expected to conduct site inspections, and drug and alcohol testing.
As the onsite Paramedic, you will be the First on Scene to attend to any medical emergencies or injuries. A strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and the Return to Work process is essential.
The Ideal Person Will Possess
Minimum Diploma of Paramedical Science (essential)
Minimum Certificate IV Work Health & Safety (essential)
Minimum 5+years experience in a similar role
Current drivers licence
Demonstrated experience in heavy industry i.e. construction, mining or an engineering environment
Experience in managing first aid services and resources
Sound skills in MS Office products
