Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for task out side the scope of work described.Administer Computerised Employee Database and ensure that it is kept update at all times.
Administer Employee Personal Files and ensure that the files are always relevant and update.
Check payroll every month and report any discrepancies to the Human Resources Manager before he/she authorises the payroll.
Produce relevant periodic reports as and when required
Employee Birthday & Anniversaries
Expatriate/ local ratio’s
Work Permit status ratio
3 months end of contract notice
To book air tickets for all employees whenever they are entitled to travel.
To issue Purchase Requisitions for air tickets.
Administer additional payments to employees.
Welcome, inform and guide all employees.
Work closely with the HR Administrative Assistant on all duties
Produce relevant Human Resources statistics as & when required by the Human Resources Manager.
Produce monthly Human Resources report & submit to the Human Resources Manager within deadline.
Administer Medical & Personal Accident Schemes.
Counsel & advise employees in all Human Resources related issues.
To liaise with Human Resources offices at the Head Office with all matters regarding employees.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
