Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization. For the current projects in the region, MSF Spain is looking for a:

Main Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth understanding of the medical context to the field Coordination.
Participate / lead needs assessments, intervention proposals, and medical project planning according to the needs.
Organise MSF medical activities in accordance to the context and based on MSF agreed protocols and practices.
Ensure the proper functioning of the medical activities under his/her responsibility and implementing MSF policies, protocols and procedures, and guaranteeing the quality of healthcare in order to improve health conditions of the target population.
Provide technical and managerial guidance to medical team.
Build networking and contacts for the benefit of MSF operations. Create and maintain a network of medical HR in Iraq (pool) that can be available for any future MSF activities.
Represent MSF in meetings and events according to the need.


Requirements:
Education: Essential Medical Doctor Diploma.
Experience:Working experience in MSF in similar position or any other NGO is an asset.
Personal qualities: Very good communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment, cooperative and team player, integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
