1. Provide medical treatment on offshore facilities and write detailed medical reports in English and Spanish.
2. General HSE supervision of worksite per clients requirements.
3. Promotes safe work habits and acts as a coach / mentor with personnel on the importance of safety performance.
4. Assists worksite management in the implementation of safety, statutory and client requirements which include industry best practices.
5. Facilitates incident investigation processes and maintains the Injury Illness Incident Near Miss Log in accordance with client procedures.
6. Performs and documents safety inspections on a regular basis to identify potential unsafe conditions.
7. Takes immediate corrective action to rectify unsafe conditions or at-risk behavior.
8. Facilitates the development of Job Safety Analysis / safe work plans.
9. Reviews and comments periodically and on a random basis on Job Safety Analysis, unless otherwise indicated
10. Works to improve safety standards and practices by participating in tool-box talks, risk assessments, inspections, audits, and safety meetings.

This is a pivotal role in day to day HSE operational advice. Must have Medic or EMT experience in an offshore environment. HSE Advisors through a decision making process; Assist in the maintenance of the HSEMS, ensuring it becomes and remains a living system interfacing with the rig contractors systems; Assist in implementing company policies and procedures; Liaise between field HSE Rig Advisors and Customers, Well Servicing, Drilling and Oilfield Construction management; Assist in driving HSE management practices across rig contractors and owners; Support HSE Rig Advisors with technical HSE information; Liaise between Production Safety Engineers and HSE Rig Advisors in developing the Well Servicing, Drilling and Oilfield Construction portion of the HSE Case. Offshore/Marine Experience (FPSO/FSU). Middle East Experience Preferred. We are seeking a range of personnel for an FSU which will be operating in the Persian Gulf (Iranian waters). The positions will be permanent staff (salaried) offering an annual salary/package to include rotation, full transport, insurances etc.
The company may offer opportunities to work in other regions at a later stage. Applications should include copies of relevant certificates and contact details for 2/3 references; At least 2 recent references will be required on application – telephone & email where possible.
