Education: Bachelors/3-5 yr Degree
Responds to emergency situations; staying within the requirements and restrictions of level of training involving all site Emergency and Non-Emergency medical situations as they arise. Admin. Duties supporting site operations entailing cost tracking, logistics (air/marine), personnel management, material shipping, operations report, etc.
HSE Duties:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for offshore personnel to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Monitor and review HSE performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all safety equipment and systems are properly maintained and operational.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice and support on HSE matters to all levels of the organization.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
