Looking for something meaningful, practical, and focused on quality?
We’re looking for someone who can help turn good medical ideas into consistent, high-quality practice in the field.
At the organization, we already have strong medical expertise and experienced field teams. What we now need is someone who can connect the dots between them—someone who pays attention to the details that make healthcare services truly work for patients and communities.
This role is for a person who combines a solid medical background with strong organisational and coordination skills. Someone who notices whether SOPs are actually followed, whether educational materials are understandable and available where needed, whether teams know how to use tools properly, and whether different parts of the programme work together in a coherent way.
You will work closely with the Medical Advisor, MEAL team, and Field Coordinators to strengthen the quality and consistency of our integrated healthcare services, including primary healthcare, mental health and psychosocial support, and physiotherapy.
This is not a purely clinical role and not a purely coordination role. It sits somewhere in between. It requires someone who can zoom in on details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
