Key Responsibilities:
Emergency Response & Medical Care:
Act as the primary responder for trauma, illnesses, and injuries, providing on-site care and stabilizing patients for potential medical evacuations (MEDEVAC).
HSE Compliance & Safety: Conduct, monitor, and enforce health and safety procedures, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
Medical Administration: Manage, inventory, and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and documentation, including daily medical logs and health records.
Occupational Health: Implement health surveillance programs, monitor work environments for hazards, and manage industrial hygiene.
Training & Hygiene: Deliver health and safety training to personnel, ensure hygiene standards, and coordinate with onsite management and onshore doctors.
