JOB SUMMARY

The nurse will provide medical services and assist doctors in the health center.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The nurse has the following responsibilities and duties:
1. Perform initial and follow-up assessments including measurement of vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate), weight, height, and visual acuity in line with resettlement health protocols.

2. Collect and prepare biological samples (e.g., blood, urine, sputum) following proper infection prevention and control measures and laboratory guidelines

3. Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient records, medical certificates, and reporting forms in line with institutional and donor requirements.

4. Adhere to and promote infection prevention and control protocols, and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.

5. Carry out any other nursing-related tasks assigned by supervisors to support health service delivery in line with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

1. Nursing institute, nursing school, or nursing college degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the humanitarian field
3. Experience in first aid and medical case management.
4. Ability to handle work pressure and collaborate within a team.
5. Familiarity with hospitals, medical centers, and available specialties within their working area.
