Position Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-hospital and on-site emergency care to personnel at a remote industrial site. This role demands clinical expertise, advanced trauma management, and strong understanding of occupational health and safety protocols in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional emergency care, trauma response, and life-saving interventionsConduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain clinical documentationSupport physicians in medical emergencies and daily clinical careMaintain the readiness of all emergency medical equipment and consumablesImplement and participate in the Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP)Conduct and assist in emergency drills and occupational health initiativesLead or support First Aid training for site personnelPromote health and safety awareness, aligned with HSE standards and company policies
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services (EMS)Minimum 5 years of clinical and emergency experience, including remote site deploymentRegistered and licensed Paramedic in home country with valid credent
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Certified in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PHTLS
Preferably knowledge of:
Pre-hospital emergency care
Occupational health protocols
HSE standards and international safety procedures
Experienced in emergency drills and incident preparedness
Capable of conducting First Aid training and health promotion sessions
Strong teamwork, communication, and reporting skills
