We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a nurse/housekeeping/personal assistant. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be working alongside the current Personal Assistant/Registered Nurse to provide care and support for an elderly gentleman. Based mainly in Sydney however travel is a large part of this role. The itinerary for this year is between Fiji, New Zealand and Australia.
Job description
Nursing tasks include:
Daily obs & skin assessments
BGL (Libre sensor) & administration of insulin
Daily head and lower limb massage for circulation
Application of topical creams
Monitoring for signs of clinical deterioration and ability to escalate as required
Weekly medical report for family and treating team
Assisting primary with mobilisation (SBA)
Oxygen administration PRN
Simple wound dressings PRN
Housekeeping/stewardess tasks include:
Laundry
Cooking
Food and general supply provisioning
Deep/general cleaning of home residence (Sydney)
Maintaining clean footpaths/entry ways at home residence (Sydney)
Table preparation and accommodating guests
Personal assistant tasks include:
Covering coworkers’ days off
Working alongside coworker with tasks as required including but not limited to:
Booking flights/transfers/accommodation
Birthday cards/presents
Diary management
Booking dinner/lunch reservations
Assisting primary with TV/emails/zoom meetings
Attending social events/reservations with primary
Liaising with coworker for organising events
