A fantastic opportunity is available for exceptional Paramedics to join the ship's crew in the US and the Caribbean!

We are currently looking for Paramedics with at least three years' recent postgraduate clinical experience in para-medicine, emergency medicine or other acute care settings. Your most recent role should be in a clinical setting.

As a shipboard paramedic you will have the opportunity to travel the world and practice your profession at sea in an exciting, challenging and unique environment. Within this diverse and welcoming environment, paramedics perform a broad range of paramedicine care, supported by a skilled medical team in a modern, well-equipped shipboard medical center.

Sign-On Bonus
Paramedics who commit to a full contract (120 days), with a start date prior to June 30, 2023, will receive a one-time $2,000 bonus. Contracts not fulfilled may be subject to forfeiture of the bonus. The payment will be processed within 1-2 pay periods after the start of a contract.

Return to Service Premium Pay

Paramedics on all vessels through June 30, 2023, will receive an additional 30% premium on top of their daily rate, to be reflected along with the applicable payroll cycle.

**Third-party Locum positions are not eligible for this premium.

Early Return Bonus
Paramedics who have had at least one month of leave after completing a full contract and are willing to rejoin a new contract at least two weeks (14 days) early from a two-month (60 days) leave at the company's request will be eligible for $500 per week, up to four weeks.

Premium Pay for Medical Team Member Extension of Contract

Paramedics who agree to extend their full contract (120 days) at the company's request due to operational needs, will be eligible to receive an additional 50% premium on top of their daily rate for every extended day until the end of their contract. This 50% premium pay will be reflected along with applicable payroll cycle. This premium pay of medical team member extension of the contract is applicable through June 30, 2023. This time period may be adjusted as business needs change.

Requirements:
You must hold an Advanced Paramedic Qualification (or equivalent)
Registered Paramedic with valid professional license (eg. HCPC)
Hold a valid ALS/ACLS certificate before joining a vessel
Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience in a clinical setting
Hold a valid passport and be eligible to be issued with a US C1/D Visa - we will advise on US C1/D Visa eligibility
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Windows 7 (or higher) and Microsoft Office programmes
Fluency in written and spoken English (both conversational and technical)
A commitment to completing at least 2 four-month contracts within a twelve-month period
