Summary:
We seek applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals with either military or UK Paramedic backgrounds for the position of medical instructor to support, develop and deliver training both in the UK and abroad.

Successful candidates will also assist across AKE’s training service lines and develop and design courses to increase the portfolio of specialist training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English (the ability to deliver training in additional languages beneficial).
Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with management, business partners, colleagues, and external clients in multicultural environments.
Experience in delivering medical training and presentations.
Ability to create course content, lesson plans, multi-media content, handouts, and learning aids.
Conscientious, motivated, innovative, flexible, enthusiastic, self-reliant, and proactive.
In-date medical qualification Medic / State Registered Paramedic / Registered Nurse as well as teaching and risk assessment certified.
