General Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
Possesses the Maldivian Medical Council registration and licence certificates.
Proficient in English both in writing and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.
Support the Resort Doctor through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Coordinate/liaise with the other departments and employees relating to consultation, medical referral, COVID-19 PCR sample scheduling and reports.
Assist in preparation of regular clinic reports and invoices.
Maintain supplies inventory and placing orders for clinic supplies and medicines in liaison with the Resort Doctor.
Maintain digital records of all COVID-19 PCR tests and reports for future references.
Maintain record of employees’ medical leave, referral and follow up documents.
Report and coordinate repairs of clinic equipment.
Assist in scheduling COVID-19 PCR sampling for employees and guests.
Assist in preparing the COVID-19 PCR forms and sample labels.
Assist the ALLSAFE Officer in various tasks relating to health and safety measures, procedures, and protocols at the resort.
Handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information /patient information.
Actively participate in all T&C activities and coordinate welfare events and happenings.
Assist in supervision and management of back of the house areas.
Assist in dealing with female employees while dealing with complex issues (when required).
