Blue Ventures operates marine conservation programmes in Madagascar, Belize and Timor.

We welcome medics 2 years post qualification as well as nurses and paramedics with 3 years experience (including emergency medicine if nursing). 

 We also run medical electives. It is a great role that allows good exposure to expedition medicine with expert backup. You also get to be involved in all of the expedition activities on site.

We offer an induction and there are multiple projects to get their teeth into on site. No prior dive experience necessary. 

 Medics get a substantial discount on expedition rates and are expected to cover indemnity costs.
