Respond immediately to all notices of medical emergencies relating to colleague and hotel emergencies,
Coordinate with the contracted Hotel doctor on the medication and management of major and critical medical cases involving colleague,
Keep record of colleague's medical complaints, medicines dispensed and monitoring their health status,
Monitor the par stock level of First Aid boxes in all designated areas of the Hotel,
Take charge of insurance enrolment, inclusion / exclusion, claiming and releasing of Insurance Ids,
Assist in insurance claim forms and processes medicine and other reimbursement,
Performs administrative work related to employment, colleagues sports & social activities and any activity related to functions of the HR Division.
