We are seeking to employ a Community Health Projects Administrator. This is a full time, resident position, based in Malta, with some travel to Libya required.The Administrator will assist Medilink’s Client with the administration of community health projects in Libya.
Main Responsibilities:
· Meetings with stakeholders to agree scope of medical projects
· Preparation of Terms of Reference documents for contractors
· Evaluation of proposals from contractors
· Ongoing management of projects, ensuring that contractors adhere to their deliverables and that project timelines and budgets are respected
· Preparation of reports for stakeholders
· Ongoing liaison with stakeholders throughout the term of the project
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· Qualified with a health/health management related degree (Public Health, Health Management, Nursing, Doctor of Medicine)
· A proven track record of managing projects in the health sector
· Excellent report writing skills in English
· Arabic speaking.
