Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Completion of an approved Paramedic course that resulted in a Paramedic Certification or degree. (higher level of licensure may be considered)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a licensed Paramedic.
A minimum of 3 years of contracting experience in an austere deployed environment.
A minimum of 6 months of Project Management experience.
Must hold and maintain a State Paramedic License and National Registry Paramedic (higher level of licensure may be considered)
Have, or be able to obtain, and maintain instructor certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
Both Clinical and EMS experience.
Strong organizational, analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
Ability to work well with senior management and across functions to achieve business objectives.
Ability to obtain a US Government Clearance.
Ability to meet the medical standard for deployment.
Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Location: CONUS/OCONUS
Description:
Caliburn is currently seeking a Post Deployment Project Manager to support Global Medical Services. Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, Global Medical Services, this position will work with all members of the Global Medical Services team to facilitate operations and support the recruitment, staffing, logistics and mobilization of deploying personnel. The Project Manager will also be available to deploy on short notice for short term assignments both CONUS and OCONUS. The short-term assignments will include but not be limited to the provisions of the Paramedics Scope of Practice, and may include training, and coordination of training, in the areas of ACLS, BLS, PHTLS/TCCC and PALS, among other training courses. The Post Deployment Project Manager may also complete site surveys and program assessments.
Duties:
The primary responsibilities of the Post Deployment Project Manager include the following:
Develops and manages a system to track the medical readiness of all international employees to include but not limited to, vaccines, medical exam dates, scheduling of annual exams, etc.…
Develops, maintains and manages standardized formularies for all programs and working with program resources to ensure the formularies are up to date.
Develops and manages system for collection of program metrics and program reviews
Coordinates and manages uniform and equipment reorders for deployed personnel.
Develops, maintains and manages system for contract renewals, uniform reorders, status changes, and subsequent approval process.
Support all staffing related items needed after a candidate’s initial deployment.
Prepares site specific manuals for candidates that include medical protocols, procedures, local conditions and any other documentation as required.
Assists procurement with formulary and equipment refresh and processes.
Assists International program management with deployment related issues.
Coordinates and monitors completion of GMS Orientation/Training with deployed staff.
May participate in business development efforts to expand our international programs.
Be prepared to deploy to an OCONUS location at a moment notice at all times.
Maintain all requirements for deployment to include (but not limited to) medical exam, visa, passport and government granted security clearances.
Maintains all licensures and certifications associated with the Paramedic position (or higher level of medical licensure).
Maintain the CHS AHA Training Center partnership as well as the NAEMT partnership.
Coordinate training courses and maintain records on all training activities that occur on the GMS programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
