Contract Opportunity - Remote Paramedic (Fluent in Spanish and English)
Global Rescue Cooperatief, U.A., a leading provider of integrated medical support solutions to its clients, is currently seeking individuals for a potential project supporting the UN in Columbia. Must be comfortable operating in areas impacted by political/social unrest and/or hostile environments with minimal resources.
These positions will provide first aid, stabilization, and treatment of mission personnel and provide support to health-related activities (i.e. first aid training).
Qualifications
Paramedic Certification/License in good standing in own country or another UN member state
Minimum of three (3) years’ continuous progressively practical experience in the prevention and attention of emergencies, emergencies and disasters, in the different areas of urban, rural, civil and military action. With capacity for the recognition of potentially fatal emergencies such as cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest, application of basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Must be certified in the following:
Basic Life Support(BLS)
Advanced cardiac life support(ACLS)
Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
