An exciting opportunity exists for an Occupational Physician in the Buenos Aires Global Business Center to perform the following activities:
Keep medical standards of medical attention.
Comply with medical standards of local regulation and EM.
Provide advice on work related and non-work related illnesses and injuries.
Provide medical assistance to employees and refer to specialist if needed.
Comply with EM Policies.
Comply with audit expectations
Job Role Responsibilities
Perform pre-employment exams, periodic, after medical absence and company leave.
Assess employees on travel medicine.
Supervise medical exams performed by third party doctors.
Keep track of medical absences and report to HHRR accordingly.
Work with HHRR and legal department when necessary.
Review local legislation.
Provide health promotion activities and safety initiatives.
Keep medical information updated.
Keep BCP updated.
Follow A&D policy and administration.
Expected Level of Proficiency
Required Qualifications
Medical Doctor degree.
Minimum of five years of related practice in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine
Advanced English Level.
