We are looking for a Colleague Nurse for Wyndham Dubai Marina & TRYP by Wyndham Hotel to be based in Staff Accommodation.
Requirements:
Valid DHA Nurse License
Education in Nursing and Health Care
Strong command of the English language
Comprehensive computer skills
Should be with strong administrative background
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role and environment
Responsibilities:
-Attend to colleagues' emergencies, give first aid and medical consultations, monitoring colleagues who are feeling unwell. In case of serious incidents accompany the colleagues to the hospital, visit them and monitor the progress of treatment and recovery.
- Handle sick leave certificates and ensure their reasonableness and authenticity; Keeping reliable records for payroll and audit purposes.
-Implement and maintain all administration regarding health care, sick leaves, and insurance-related matters.
-To ensure Occupational Health Card records for all employees are kept up to date.
- Be fully knowledgeable about the company's insurance policy, e.g. table of benefits by category and their network of covered hospitals, guide the colleagues accordingly to the relevant hospitals and medical assistance.
