Health Manager , Iraq

We are currently recruiting for a HEALTH MANAGER for Eni Iraq to assure and maintain the healthcare service in LCS camp for every employees, with high standard of safety and occupational health, control of quality of life and healthy lifestyle, and the emergency system protocol.

Key Responsibilities
Management of the health services within ENI Iraq
Development of health management system and associated documentation
Supervision  and implementation of primary care services to Eni’s employees;
Reporting and liaison with SAL UPS (including medevac)
Provision of primary care to ENI employees
Diagnosis and treatment of non-emergency medical conditions as per Company.
Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patients, employing ALS emergency medical protocols (e.g. ACLS or PHTLS)

Cooperation with other departments for development projects
Management for health community project
Supervision of ambulance team and equipment
Management updating and control of FTW certification of employees

Requirements
ACLS or equivalent certification
Experience in oil and gas or chemical and industrial risks, or emergency area

Experience in remote area, risk area, war environment and mass casualties

Experience in managerial positions
Education preferable in Emergency, hazardous environment and disaster medicine

Fluency in written and spoken English
