Contract Opportunity – Paramedic, remote and austere
Global Rescue Cooperatief, U.A., a leading provider of integrated medical support solutions to its clients, is currently seeking individuals and/or companies to provide contract paramedical services in support of its on-going project in Eastern Europe . Must be comfortable operating in areas impacted by political/social unrest and/or hostile environments.
Responsibilities:
Administer primary and emergency medical treatment in accordance with approved protocols and licensure, in both field and small clinic environments
Accompany client personnel on field missions as and when scheduled by client
Treat injuries and/or illnesses using advanced life support techniques and medications .
Document and record all patient interactions and care provided
Complete all required client and regulatory reports and logs
Provide medical training to client as requested
Lead ground, fixed and rotary wing air medical evacuation missions
2 months on / 1 month off rotation required
Ideal Qualifications
Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic Certification in good standing
ACLS/PALS/PHTLS or ITLS Medical registration
Previous experience in remote locations strongly preferred
Strong communication and writing skills
Military experience a plus
Female applicants encouraged
