Duties
The Nursing Care Delivery System is Team Nursing and each patient is assigned
to a staff nurse who is responsible for primary care with staff/patient ratio of
1:6 in Male Med and 1:2
To improve the standards of care to the patient
To provide and maintain a safe environment based on JCIA
recommendations
To ensure optimal use of beds and optimum utilization of staff productivity
To promote and maintain individual staff and patient well-being and safety
Requirements for the role
Are you a Registered nurse from Europe/USA/Canada/New Zealand/Australia?
Do you hold a degree in nursing from Europe/USA/Canada/New Zealand/Australia?
You must hold a minimum of 3 years Post-Registration nursing experience
