Job Role Summary
Assist in-country Medicine & Occupational Health (MOH)’s execution of in-country MOH’s occupational health programs.
Assist in-country MOH’s broadcast/announcement to employees regarding occupational health risks and related mitigating measures.
Job Role Responsibilities
Assist in-country MOH’s administration of Occupational Health (OH)’s in-country responsibility, including notification, schedule and arrangement for various required medical examination, preparation of periodical OH reports accurately, proper and accurate maintenance of OH records
Assist in-country MOH’s implementation of ExxonMobil public health include travel health program in accordance with Global and in-country MOH procedures , including assisting in-country MOH in the administration of arrangements with 3rd party health providers for employee immunization
Assist in-country site Occupational Health Service Provider physician in the provision and administration of required forms used for injury and illness management
Assist in-country on-site Occupational Health Service Provider in the administration of specimen collection for Alcohol & Drug tests
Assist Site Office Ergonomic program implementation as per MOH role
Perform periodic hygiene inspection including incoming food cold eyes review
Assist the on-site 3rd party physician in performing occupational health hazard/awareness training to identified employees Assist in-country MOH’s or the on-site 3rd party physician’s assessment and monitoring of work place health hazard
Assist in-country MOH’s maintenance of OH equipment
Assist Country OH Manager and/or the OH Physician in any other Occupational Health related matters as and when required by the Company as directed by the Country OH Manager and/or OH Physician
Competencies
Strong Occupational Health Nurse skills
Expert in Occupational Health and Medical Records Management
Proficiency in English language both verbal and written
Good understanding of the ExxonMobil of System of Management Control - Basic Standards (Red Book)
Qualifications
Graduate from accredited OH nurse or general nurse school
Preferably Minimum 3 years experience in OH programs
Occupational Health Equipment operating experience
