Medical Qualifications in accordance with Tier 2 requirements stated within Shell Remote Healthcare guide
HCPC Paramedics
HSE Offshore Medic
AMT-Paramedic
BLS (BLS is prerequisite to ALS/ACLS)
ALS/ACLS both theory and skills (Verification required)
PHTLS or ITLS Advanced
Must have 2 years prior medical experience
5 years accumulative experience (Military/Law Enforcement)
All Tier 2 MER professionals should possess at least two/three years of experience working in active ambulance care or in a medical emergency room. Tier 2 MER professionals likely to provide extensive care (Extended Site Clinic) should possess three/five years' experience in active ambulance care, in an emergency trauma unit or similar settings
Minimum 3 months Hostile Environment experience in a PSD
