Seeking an experienced Site Medic/Registered Nurse for coverage work on a remote mine site in North QLD.

This mining house situated in North West Queensland is seeking an experienced Site Medic/Registered Nurse for a coverage role in Mt Isa.
Your new role
Reporting to the Health & Safety Superintendent you will be responsible for the onsite first response medical requirements for an underground metalliferous mine site. You will be an immediate point of contact for administering first aid for any injuries and illnesses onsite. This role requires coverage from 21st May through to the 4th June and is available FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will be a Registered Nurse ideally with a strong background in the mining sector. You will have experience working in a remote environment and be able to decipher and interpret medical results. Cert IV TAE and Drug and Alcohol Testing certification is highly regarded.
