International SOS has a permanent position for Doctor with one of their major clients based in Nigeria.
Criteria for position follows:
- Registered in country of origin
- Minimum 5 years' post grad experience within an emergency and GP setting
- Occupational Health qualification or proven experience in this specialisation (minimum 3 years)
- Proven Medical Administration experience
- Valid ACLS
- Valid ATLS or ITLS/PHTLS
- Fluent in either French or Italian
- Good command of the English language
Site details:
The location of the site is in Port Harcourt, within an extremely secure compound comprising:
Medical Office (within the main HQ building)
General Offices
Clinic
Guest House/Residential Area
Warehouses/Maintenance Area
Fire Station/Heliport/Jetty/Recreation Area
Within the Clinic there are 8 Doctors (2 expats & 6 locals), 5 Specialists (Cardiologist, Paediatrician, Gynaecologist, Ophthalmologist & Dermatologist.
The Clinic provides outpatient consultation and medical emergency support to:
- Expatriates
- Local Matriculated staff and their relatives
- Local Retirees and their relatives
- Local contract staff
- 3rd party contractors (emergencies only)
Package:
A competitive daily rate salary, paid on duty only, is offered in US Dollars.
Accommodate/meals/flights, along with all the necessary insurances are also included.
The position is based on the following rotation:
Rotation 1: 6 weeks on duty followed by 2 weeks off duty
Rotation 2: 6 weeks on duty followed by 2 weeks off duty
Rotation 3: 6 weeks on duty followed by 3 weeks off duty
The Rotations 1 to 3 are repeated.....and so on....
