Location: Bamako, Mali
The Role:
We are actively seeking highly qualified nurses, bilingual in French and English, with experience in a clinic or hospital to serve at a variety of mining locations throughout Western Mali. You will provide treatment of illnesses and injuries in a clinic setting with a multidisciplinary team. Ideally, you will have experience in a remote setting that requires a proactive approach to clinical care while having diplomatic client interactions.
Rotations:
6 weeks on 6 weeks off
Food, Travel, and Lodging:
While on assignment for this rotation food, lodging, and travel are covered by the company.
Position Qualifications:
Fluent command of the English and French languages
Active license/certification to practice as a nurse in France **
2+ years of experience as a nurse
Ability to obtain and maintain a Fit for Duty (FFD) clearance
Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR or equivalent(s)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent(s)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
