Location: Zambia
Great opportunity to break away from urban city sprawl – if you are a Medical Doctor with OPD, inpatient, and ER patient experience they need you to provide the mining community in Northern Zambia with professional and courteous medical expertise. This is a permanent, not rotational post, and interviews are occurring this week in Cape Town and remotely through Skype. Client will cover and facilitate housing, registration, and visa costs for a suitable candidate.
This qualified doctor will:
Provide OPD, inpatient and ER patient care
Manage documentation as per hospital procedure
Call out in emergency situations
Desired Skills and Experience:
Qualification as a Doctor
Ideally registered with HPCZ
Certification in ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Registered with HPCSA
OPD experience
Trauma experience or training
Benefits:
Salary of up to $7,000 US dollars per month inclusive of benefits
Airfares at the start and end of the contract
Visa costs, Work permit costs covered by facility
Registration costs with HCPZ (written and oral test to be conducted)
One flight per family per year home
24 days leave p.a
