Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is currently seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for deployment to Iraq. Stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and other diplomatic outposts, the PAs and NPs support Foreign Service and contractor personnel with life-saving and routine care. PAs and NPs are based in secure complexes and typically deploy on short rotations.

Responsibilities
Typical duties include, but are not limited to: stabilizing and preparing sick and injured personnel for transport to a higher level medical facility; supporting the Physician in planning and implementing the medical support program (preventive and corrective); documenting care delivered and follow up care required; and, communicating issues, obtaining approvals, resolving problems, and maintaining specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a PA/NP
PAs and NPs with emergency medicine experience are highly desirable
Current national certification such as NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC
Unrestricted U.S. (State) license as a PA or NP
Recent completion of a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course or comparable advanced trauma course featuring “live tissue” or simulation training is highly desirable
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
All PAs and NPs must have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least six months out of the past year
