Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages accountabilities in the administration of employee medical records.
Understands and implements programs, policies, and procedures for: reporting, investigation, and analysis on matters concerning health.
Builds, maintains, and manages relationships with employees, hospital and clinics and transition service providers.
Verifies accuracy of medical invoicing.
Manages offshore medics on a day to day basis.
Understands IADC ISP and educates OIM’s and Medics on the same.
Ensures Aramco medical standards are met offshore.
Oversees medical inventory control for all offshore rigs.
Liaises with HR to manage ARO Drilling sickness rates.
Supports ARO Drilling employees to provide access to health professional services to improve individual’s health.
Compliance with Company policies and procedures
Performs a variety of tasks as necessary
Supervisory Responsibilities
The role will act as a functional supervisor for offshore medics.
Qualifications
Education and / or Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the field or related area
Qualified Nurse
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Self-motivated and self-managing
Excellent English and Arabic Language ability (written and oral)
