The Role:
Advanced Life Support (ALS) clinicians that serve on our International Team provide primary and emergent care as independent duty providers throughout the globe. Remote Medical is actively seeking ALS providers that have a fluent command of the Spanish and English languages. We are currently seeking qualified bilingual ALS providers for a variety of openings including land-based and offshore assignments.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides excellent clinical care in-line with prevailing standards and regulations
Performs emergency skills, such as managing respiratory, trauma, and cardiac emergencies, and patient assessment
Assist with the training of "new to site" providers
Assist team members with on-going patient care and related tasks
Maintains skills and knowledge base by participating in on-going training
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an ALS provider
Currently a licensed Doctor, Paramedic, or Registered Nurse (RN)
BLS, ACLS and PHTLS (or ITLS) certifications
Fluent command of the Spanish and English languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clinical experience in a remote and austere environment
