Responsibilities:
Administer first aid and prehospital medical care, including primary care and emergency care within the limits of licensure or certification and in accordance with approved protocols in the field and small clinic environments
Assess the safety and hazards at the scene of emergencies. Determine the nature and extent of illness or injury present and establishes the priorities for emergency care. Treat injuries and/or illnesses using advanced life support techniques and medications
Follow all legal and company medical regulations and guidelines
Provide safe and efficient transport of patient to medical facilities by ambulance on and off site as required
Maintain and order inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Conduct regular inventory and equipment testing to ensure all supplies and equipment are present, clean, and in proper working order
Document and record all patient interactions and care provided
Communicate clearly and regularly with GR Corporate Office and client contacts
Complete all required company and regulatory reports and logs
Work in rural locations impacted by political/social unrest and/or hostile environments
Have the ability to think and react quickly and appropriately in stressful situations
Manage and lead ground, fixed and rotary wing air medical evacuation missions
3 month on / 1 month off rotations
Qualifications:
Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic or Nurse Certification in good standing
ACLS/PALS/NRP/PHTLS or BTLS
Previous experience working in remote locations
Strong communication and writing skills
College degree preferred but not required
Military experience a plus Location: Eastern Europe
Compensation: salary based on experience + bonus + benefits.
