Our client a leading Oil & Gas Company have a requirement for a Site Medical Manager to work on a major petrochemical development project in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the projects' medical programme
• Write medical procedures for implementation
• Provide oversight of treatment facility
• Specify and maintain medical supplies
• Manage medical response teams
• Provide medical consultation
• Notify employees of medical results
Requirements
• 10+ years experiences in a medical discipline in oil/gas/petrochemical industry
• 5+ years' experience with organizational and medical management
• Currently licensed Medical Doctor legally allowed to practice medicine in the Project region.
• Extensive knowledge for disease control and local specific recommended immunizations
• Extensive knowledge of Malaysia laws and regulations concerning medical care and facilities
• Extensive experience with diagnosis and treatment of high humidity related medical conditions
• Knowledge of the operating requirements, policies, and organization of the Project
• Demonstrated skill in clinical patient care and interfacing with medical organizations and outside agencies
• Demonstrated skill in management, supervision, and personnel administration
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
