C. Specific knowledge, skill, ability and requirements:
Must have knowledge of tactical combat casualty care concept. Must be
familiar with U.S. military field medical operations. Must have the
ability to plan, prepare, execute, and assess medical training and
performance. Must be computer literate in MS Office-based programs. A
valid driver’s license is required.

Note:
In order to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an expatriate, an individual must be issued a work visa by the Saudi Arabian Government. In addition, work visas for the Vinnell Arabia Program are titled “Training Consultant.” The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia visa offices will only issue work visas for Training Consultant to males.

Overview:
Plans, prepares, implements, conducts, and assesses exportable
medical training programs using established doctrine and AHSMS curricula
as a basis. Plans, coordinates, and instructs medical subject matter
based on the specific needs of each unit being trained. Assesses unit
performance in conducting Combat Health Services support operations.
Coordinates logistics requirements to support execution of exportable
medical training programs.
B. Independence: Performs duties under the general supervision of the Manager, Medical Unit Training Branch and specific supervision of the Chief Trainer, Training Assistance Team.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises up to 4 assistant trainers assigned to execute exportable training programs and unit training evaluations.

Qualifications:
| A. Education Level:
High school graduate, with current EMT and BLS certifications is
required. Employees not possessing PHTLS, BLS, and Advanced Medical
Life Support Instructor certifications must obtain the credentials
within 6 months of hire.
B. Experience: Former U.S. Military
Non-Commissioned Officer with at least five (5) years experience in
field combat health service support operations either in the military or
on the job. |
