Job Description
Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are now accepting expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses/Paramedics with a passion for remote work and high quality care to join our Site Services team. We have casual, full-time and weekend work opportunities providing medical services for the APLNG Project at Curtis Island, QLD.
In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Emergency response.
Emergency primary care of injured workers.
Injections, IV and fluid management.
Dressings and medication delivery.
Documentation and patient contact / emergency care management.
Liaison with all stakeholders within the workers compensation system.
Training and development of site personnel.
Reviewing and updating safety and health procedures.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be a flexible and dynamic Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. You must hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possess experience in remote patient care, life support and excellent clinical, treatment and emergency skills.
