Overview:
BRTRC Federal Solutions, an established government contractor is
seeking Instructors/Trainers to provide CPR/First Aid/AED training to
members of the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) Traditional and
FEMA Corps Programs. Training is projected at five NCCC locations,
twice per year. These are part-time, hourly positions and are contingent on
contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to students via coaching, group discussion, lectures, demonstrations, seminars and workshops by using media and training aids.
- Conduct, evaluate, and facilitate practical exercises, and provide an after action review.
- Review training and educational products and materials.
- Update training support packages as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience delivering CPR/First Aid/AED Training
- Minimum of 1 year experience in facilitating and providing dynamic, experiential-based instruction to young adults
- Ability to pass a background investigation (National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) or a Public Trust Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
- Travel required to the following locations: Sacramento, CA; Denver, CO; Vinton, Iowa; Baltimore, MD and Vicksburg, MS. Travel duration will vary depending on the class size (2 – 5 days) with 2 days of travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must posses a working knowledge in Microsoft Office and computer applications
