Job Summary
Provide exceptional service and service recovery to guests who seek out First Aid services and assistance. When appropriate, and based on the assessment of a guest's situation, refer guests for higher care such as local urgent clinics and/or emergency clinics. This is a temporary position. The individuals selected will work full-time for a period of six months with no guarantee of continued employment. Full availability is required, including nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and service recovery to guests who seek out First Aid services and assistance
When appropriate, and based on the assessment of a guest's situation, refer guests for higher care, such as local urgent clinics and/or emergency services
Follow establish practices for care as outlined under Florida RN licensure standards
Establish great working relationships with Operations, Custodial, Engineering, and Emergency Services teams to provide exceptional service to guests visiting First Aid
Establish great working relationships and be a team player and work effectively within the Guest First Aid team
Report guest incidents in the Confidential Reporting Of Incident system as appropriate, and provide additional information to Guest Claims, as requested .
Basic Qualifications
Clear and current FL RN license
valid FL drivers license
3 – 5 years RN experience
Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and fellow Cast Members
Be able to multi-task in a competent, efficient manner with solution-oriented work habits in a fast-paced enviornment
Be able to quicly assess a situation and provide appropriate response to address the situation
Be able to develop and maintain great working relationships
Be able to use critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities to accurately provide medical assessment and care
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual communications skills
