Assistant Operations Manager, Medical Services (Paramedic)

Job Summary
To assist the Operations Manager in handling the day to day on-site medical services operational matters. Being accountable on delivery of services at client site as per contractual obligation. Maintain periodic communication with staff to ensure they are aligned to quality of service deliverables as per established standards and procedures. Be responsible to staff performance in safe and healthy manner. Prepare and submit reports as per required interval.

Key Responsibilities

Understand contractual Scope of Work for each site under his / her responsibility.
Assisting in recruitment and induction of new medical services staff. Guide and develop staff knowledge and skills to remain competent in service delivery.
Ensure staff understands and implement all Standard Operating Policies & Procedures (SOPP)
Responsible for proper compliance to site mobilization and demobilization protocol.
Receive, review, summarize and analyse all operational reports from sites.
Maintaining proper document storage of all reports submitted by staff.
Able to advise medic in case management flow and compliance to medical escalation protocol and escalation protocol.
Escalate any operational challenges and issues as per escalation protocol.
Coordinate through medical Supply Services on purchase of medical supplies as requested by client.
Report incidents timely and assist in incident investigation.
Promote health, safety and environment culture among staff.
Monitor staff performance and evaluate objectively.
update all situations to MS Operations Manager when he is going off or working on site as site visit.
Provide health presentation and First Aid Training when required.
Participate in company wide activities.
Maintain regular positive contact with site staff.

Requirement
Minimum Bachelor Degree and / or certified as paramedic.
Minimum 5 years of post graduation work experience and experience In oil & gas Industry Is an added advantage.
Must be a certified registered Nurse or Medical Assistant.
Familiar with remote healthcare requirements.
Knowledgeable In medical knowledge and certified as a practitioner paramedic.
Strong ability In follow-through various operations matters assigned by his / her manager.
Strong ability to manage clients' expectation while ensure quality of service delivery.
Good command of English communication and written skills.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
