My client is a leading consultancy operating within the seismic industry. Due to ongoing growth within the business they are currently looking to recruit an Offshore HSE Advisor / Medic to work on projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Role will involve
* Working directly with project managers and the client to address and resolve HSE issues
* Maintain statistics for external and internal reporting
* Provide risk assessment analysis
* Coordinate and lead investigations of all incidents and provide clear recommendations
* Oversee all aspects of safety on the vessel
* Provide onsite mentoring to all employees on safety related matters
* Oversee safety audits
* Lead weekly safety meetings
* Perform safety observations and address stop card action items
* Provide non emergency care and infection control
The person
* Certified safety professional
* Paramedic training
* TWIC
* Offshore survival and medical certs
* Experience within a similar role
The position is offered on an equal rotational basis, current rotations include 28/28 and 35/35 so a flexible approach would be necessary.
