Fortescue River Pipeline project

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Paramedic to join our FRGP project team. The FRGP shall initially enable a shift from diesel to natural gas fired power generation at the
Solomon Hub, with the potential to deliver similar benefits to a number of large resource projects in the area. Future expansion of the pipeline has been allowed for potential supply of gas to Western Hub, North Star and Chichester Hub.

As a Paramedic your responsibilities will include:

• To be on call for all emergency situations
• Completion and updating of all documentation with regards to patient contact and emergency care management
• Liaising with all stakeholders within Workers Compensation Systems
• To promote and establish effective emergency response systems
• Specialist traumatic injury management and stabilisation and transporting skills.
• Advanced life support skills including defibrillation and airway management.

Essential to this position you will have:

• Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety
• A nationally recognised Paramedic qualification
• An understand of emergency management,
• Specialist traumatic injury management and stabilisation and transporting skills
• Advanced life support skills including defibrillation, airway management and intravenous cannulation
• Proven work history in construction and project environments
• Strong experience in emergency response situations and training underground
• A C class Licence and be able to drive an ambulance.
