Combat Medic/EMT Subject matter expert (SME)

Responsibilites and Duties 
The Facility Security Force (FSF) Program will build capability and transfer knowledge for the FSF through a comprehensive development and integrated training process to address all training needs and tasks for the Technical Training Centre in Saudi Arabia. The Combat Medic/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Subject Matter Expert (SME) will have the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Develop medical emergency First Responder strategy for FSF;
  • Develop training for First Responders;
  • Assist with FSF Training Needs Assessment;  
  • Develop a Training Strategy Plan to improve course material, curriculum, and instructional techniques.  
 This is a contingent position based on contract award from the customer.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Former Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, Combat Medic or EMT, or;
  • Law Enforcement Professional with EMT or Combat Medic experience;
  • Previous instructor and experience as Combat Medic or EMT.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with security for oil/petroleum facilities or other large scale Government or corporate complex spanning multiple locations;
  • Current EMT or Combat Medic instructor certification and curriculum development experience.
