Responsibilites and Duties
The
Facility Security Force (FSF) Program will build capability and
transfer knowledge for the FSF through a comprehensive development and
integrated training process to address all training needs and tasks for
the Technical Training Centre in Saudi Arabia. The
Combat Medic/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Subject Matter Expert (SME) will have the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Develop medical emergency First Responder strategy for FSF;
- Develop training for First Responders;
- Assist with FSF Training Needs Assessment;
- Develop a Training Strategy Plan to improve course material, curriculum, and instructional techniques.
This is a contingent position based on contract award from the customer.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Former Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, Combat Medic or EMT, or;
- Law Enforcement Professional with EMT or Combat Medic experience;
- Previous instructor and experience as Combat Medic or EMT.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with security for oil/petroleum facilities or other large scale Government or corporate complex spanning multiple locations;
- Current EMT or Combat Medic instructor certification and curriculum development experience.
