The ideal applicant must be an Advanced Life Support Paramedic or Doctor, registered with the HPCSA, with a minimum of 1 year's experience and current ACLS, PALS and ATLS qualifications. An AHCP qualification will be advantageous.
Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being a team player, be able to function under pressure and work independently. Applicants must have felxible approach to working hours.
Duties include: Operational Primary Flight paramedic (Helicopter and Fixed Wing), control of medical equipment & supplies, operational related functions, training, general administration and be prepared to participate in the co-ordination of flights and other duties as required from time to time.
Own reliable transport is mandatory.
