Clinical Support Team

THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity working within the Oil and Gas industry at our remote site. This is a new position required to work onsite at Curtis Island in Queensland, working 2 week rotations. Working as a member of our dedicated onsite medical service team, you shall be responsible for providing high level medical support to our client, including primary health care services and initial emergency response. You will be providing primary healthcare services to the standards set out by International SOS policies and procedures and initial emergency response where required. You will also be performing health monitoring as required as per contractual agreements and administering drugs and immunisations as per Medical Director order. Diagnosis and treatment of non emergency medical conditions.
THE PERSON
Formal Qualification in Paramedical studies
A current ALS certificate
Extensive relevant experience as an acute care paramedic
Strong remote emergency experience and advanced life support skills
D&A Screening Certification (advantageous)
